1. Important Notices
This LiveCast User Agreement ("Agreement") regulates
your use of our services ("Services"), including the
LiveCast Platform, a video streaming and social networking site developed by us. You are one party and the
other party is LiveCast or one of its affiliates ("we" or "LiveCast"). For the purposes of this Agreement, you
and LiveCast will be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and
individually as a "Party".
By using the Services, you consent to LiveCast's Privacy Policy
and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the
Services or disclosed to you, including those applicable to specific features. We may also provide paid
services subject to any additional terms
disclosed to you in connection with such services.
By accessing our
Services or clicking "Sign Up" during registration, you agree to all terms of this
Agreement. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and the current version
can be found at: About us>User Agreement. Continued use of our Services implies your agreement to be
bound by the revised Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service, and
not prohibited by statutory age limits from entering into this Agreement under the applicable laws and
regulations of your country.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your
LiveCast account and password. All activities conducted through your LiveCast account will be
considered your own, and you shall be solely responsible for them.
We do not
transact with individuals or entities in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Crimea
region. If you are located in these regions, you are prohibited from using the
Services.
2.
Content of Services
Our mission is to empower you to build community, connect globally, and share
life's beautiful moments. To achieve our vision of inspiring a billion lives, we offer the following
services:
i. User Generated
Content.
LiveCast enables users to live stream and use features like chat,
bulletin boards, forums, and voice interaction. You can
create, post, transmit, perform, or store content, messages, text, sound, images, code, or other
data ("User Content"). You may also overlay music,
graphics, stickers, virtual items, and other features provided by LiveCast ("LiveCast Features") onto this
User Content and transmit it through the Services. Opinions expressed by other users
(including via virtual gifts) do not reflect our views or
values.
ii.
Discover content, products, and services of interest.
We display ads, offers, and
sponsored content to help you find products and services from
businesses and organizations using LiveCast.
iii. Combat harmful conduct and support our
community.
We have dedicated global teams and advanced systems
to detect misuse, harmful behavior, and situations where we can
support or protect our community. If we identify such conduct, we take appropriate action—
offering help, removing content, restricting access, disabling
accounts, or contacting law enforcement.
iv. Global Service Access
To
operate our global service, we store and distribute content via data centers and systems
worldwide, potentially outside your country of residence. This infrastructure may be managed by
LiveCast and its affiliates.
3. Account
Registration requires providing us with
information such as an account name and password.
You are solely
responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, for restricting access to your
device, and for all activities under your account. Please ensure the information
you provide to LiveCast at registration and subsequently is true, accurate, current, and
complete.
We may allow you to register and log in via third-party services. The collection,
use, and disclosure of your information by that third party is
governed by their privacy policy. More details on how LiveCast
collects and uses your data when you link your LiveCast account with a
third-party service are in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to disable your
account at any time, especially if you fail to comply with these terms, or
if activities on your account, in our sole discretion, damage or impair the
Services, violate third-party rights, or break applicable laws or
regulations.
If you wish to delete your account and stop using our Services, we can assist
you. Please contact us at info@livecastsoft.com , and we will guide
you through the process. Once you delete your account, you cannot
reactivate it or retrieve any added content or information.
4.
Privacy Policy
LiveCast values your privacy. Refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we gather,
utilize, and share your personal data, and how you can control your privacy settings while using our
Services.
5. Usage Rules
Your use of the Services must adhere to these terms and all
applicable laws. You agree to follow LiveCast's Community Guidelines and must not:
i.
Create or share content that is false, illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy,
harassing, or otherwise unacceptable;
ii. Impersonate others, falsely claim affiliation,
access others' accounts without authorization, forge identities, or engage in fraud;
iii.
Harass, threaten, or defraud other users, or collect their personal info without
consent;
iv. Bypass or interfere with security features, copy protected content, or remove
copyright notices;
v. Reverse engineer or decompile the Services' source code, unless
expressly allowed by law;
vi. Modify or create derivative works from the Services, unless
legally permitted;
vii. Disrupt the Services or others' enjoyment of them, such as by
spreading malware;
viii. Manipulate identifiers to hide the origin of User
Content;
ix. Interfere with the Services or connected networks, or violate their
regulations; use the Services to disrupt or damage their functionality;
x. Bypass content
filters or access unauthorized areas of the Services;
xi. Use the Services for illegal
purposes or in violation of any laws, including intellectual property and data protection
laws.
LiveCast is not liable for User Content or any resulting damage. We are not
responsible for mistakes, defamation, or offensive content you might encounter. You use the Services at your
own risk. These rules do not grant rights to third parties.
We do not endorse User Content
and disclaim all liability for it. We reserve the right to remove or edit User Content at any time without
notice if it violates these terms or laws. You are responsible for backing up your content. Violating these
rules may lead to account termination.
6. Virtual Assets
You may purchase virtual Coins ("Coins") and Gifts, send/receive Gifts, earn Diamonds ("Diamonds"), and withdraw Diamonds only if you are 18 or older (or of legal age in your jurisdiction).
Coin prices are fixed at purchase. Payments are processed in the specified currency. You are responsible for any exchange rates or fees from your payment provider.
You are responsible for paying for purchased Coins. Once bought, Coins are added to your account and can be used to buy Gifts. Coins cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred. They are for use on LiveCast only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
Unless otherwise noted, all sales are final. We do not refund purchased Coins or Gifts. They cannot be converted to cash or reimbursed.
7. Payment Conditions
We accept major credit cards, certain debit
cards
and/or such other payment methods we may make available to you from time-to-time through our site. You are
subject to all terms and conditions of the payment method you choose. By submitting an order
through the Service, you authorize us, or our designated payment processor, to charge the account you specify
for
the purchase amount. All payments are to be made in United States Dollars, except where other currencies are
offered via the payment methods made available by LiveCast.
Our payment processing
partners
may request that you provide certain personal data (e.g., a valid government issued ID, your legal name,
address,
and date of birth) for the purpose of making payment through its financial institutions and complying with
applicable international, national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. They may also communicate
directly with you regarding any issues with a payment.
If a purchase has been declined
online
due to issues with your payment method, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is
not
accepted online, please contact customer support via the email address made available to you in connection
with

8. IP Rights
All content within LiveCast Services
(text, images, data, code, etc.) is the property of LiveCast and protected by IP laws. No license is granted
to users.
By posting content, you grant LiveCast a free, perpetual, world-wide license to
use, display, and modify your content for any purpose.
9. Termination
We may suspend or
terminate your access without notice for violations, fraud, or service discontinuation. This applies to paid
services too. Your only remedy is to stop using the Services.
10. Disclaimers
Services
are provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy, security, or uptime. Use at your own
risk.
We are not responsible for external links or third-party
content.
We are not liable for force majeure events.
11. Legal
Requests
Legal requests for user info must follow proper legal process and service.
12.
Updates
We may update these terms. Continued use implies acceptance. Check back
regularly.
13.Refund
Policy
Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or due to technical error.

14.
Final Terms
This is the entire agreement. Invalid parts do not affect the rest. Headings are
ignored.
These Terms are governed by United Kingdom laws, including the UK GDPR and other data protection rules.
